Fishman Flooring Solutions set out to bring employees together while making wellness a daily priority. With Woliba, they gamified healthy habits, increased HRA participation, and strengthened team connection—all while creating an engaging experience that supports both employee wellbeing and long-term healthcare cost reduction.
After COVID-19 halted Fishman’s previous wellness efforts in 2021, the company was left without a structured program. Their former approach—gym reimbursements and incentives for annual wellness visits—lacked long-term engagement and sustainability.
By 2024, Fishman was ready for a new beginning. The team wanted:
