Alpine Intel saw impressive momentum across the board in 2024, with engagement and platform usage rising quarter over quarter.
Platform utilization jumped from 12,876 total activities in Q1 to 27,051 by Q4, with average activities per user rising from 26 to 55.
Challenge participation more than tripled—from 17% in Q1 (302 completed) to 59% by Q4 (1,392 completed), showing that employees were not only joining but staying engaged.
Wellness activity logging followed a similar trend, with total activities more than doubling from 11,801 in Q1 to 24,789 in Q4.
HRA completion rates climbed steadily—from 75% in Q1 to 88% by year-end—indicating better communication, onboarding, and employee buy-in.
Social feed engagement increased from 31 posts in Q1 to 64 by the second half of the year, signaling growing community momentum.
Enrollment remained remarkably strong throughout the year, holding steady around 98–99%—a clear sign of consistent participation and program appeal.
