With wellness initiatives scattered across disconnected tools and no way to track who was actually showing up, Access needed a single platform to bring accountability and momentum to their employee health program. They partnered with Woliba to centralize activities, run team fitness challenges, and deliver expert-led Lunch & Learns — all in one place.
The Challenge
Before Woliba, Access was committed to employee wellness in spirit but lacked the infrastructure to make it stick. Participation was hard to track, resources were scattered, and there was no single home for their growing library of fitness goals and education.

Tracking participation across different initiatives was time consuming and error-prone.

No easy way to see which wellness topics resonated, or where interest was quietly fading.

Fitness goals and educational content lived in different places, making consistency hard.

Participation was individual and invisible — no shared team responsibility or social momentum.
The Solution
Woliba gave Access the digital infrastructure to centralize everything and build the accountability culture they’d been working toward. Three features drove the transformation.

Centralized every wellness activity, so employees log progress easily and admins see participation in real time.

Monthly Lunch & Learns on metabolism, stress‑release stretches, and dumbbell workouts — led by certified coaches.

Woliba’s challenge framework turned individual goals into a shared team responsibility making progress visible and motivating.

Real-time dashboards eliminated manual tracking and gave the team instant visibility into what was working.
The Journey
Access joined in August 2024 and hit the ground running — building participation, deepening programming, and growing their active base every year since.
Within months, Access enrolled 46 users against 40 seats — 115% enrollment. 60% were immediately active, completing 36 challenge entries and forming early habits around fitness and the Health Hub.
Active users grew to 70% of the platform. Challenge participation climbed to 53 entries, and the Certified Coach Lunch & Learn series established a rhythm of monthly expert-led education employees looked forward to.
77% of the platform is now active — the highest rate yet. Event attendance jumped to 12 in just five months, and challenge entries (65) already exceed all of 2025 with seven months still to go.
Engagement Data
From 60% active users at launch to 77% and rising in 2026, Access has steadily expanded the reach and depth of their wellness program.

With a strong foundation in place, Access is focused on deepening the connection between education and action through the rest of 2026.

Continuing the monthly certified-coach series, giving employees expert health education they can act on immediately.

Keeping per-user engagement consistent so wellness stays a long-term habit, not a seasonal spike.

Team fitness challenges replaced invisible individual effort with shared accountability — delivering a 48% challenge participation rate, roughly 2× the industry average.
Monthly Certified Coach Lunch & Learns created a consistent rhythm of expert-led education employees genuinely looked forward to.
Real-time dashboards eliminated manual tracking, freeing the wellness admin to focus on culture-building instead of spreadsheets.
A platform employees actually use drove 115% enrollment against purchased seats — with an average of 10 wellness activities completed per user.
“Access utilized Woliba to make wellness meaningful and visible across our team. With 48% challenge participation and an average of 10 activities per user, our employees stay motivated and connected — all while making administration seamless.”
